Einen GLA 200 mit maximalen Serienwerten von 156 PS (= 115 kW) und 250 Nm Drehmoment hat das VÄTH-Team einer Optimierung unterzogen. Mit dem Tuning-Kit V20 zum Preis von 850 Euro zzgl. 200 Euro Montage werden dem 1.6-Liter-Aggregat durch individuelle Feinabstimmung der Motorelektronik jetzt 184 PS (= 135 kW) und 310 Nm Drehmoment entlockt.
 
Eine Downpipe-Sportabgasanlage 270 EVO mit 200-Zeller-Trimetall-Katalysator aus VA-Edelstahl bringt für 1.690 Euro plus 250 Euro Montage zwischen fünf und acht Prozent Mehr-Leistung. Eine ebenfalls aus VA-Edelstahl gearbeitete Klappenendschalldämpfer-Anlage mit je einem ovalen Endrohr in 110 x 90 mm und gebördelten Endrohrkanten rechts und links haben die VÄTH-Profis installiert und berechnen dafür 2.890 Euro plus 550 Euro Montage inklusive Elektrik-Kit.
 
Auch die Bremsanlage ist einer Aufwertung unterzogen worden. Und zwar mit Stahlflexleitungen einschließlich ABE-Gutachten und SRF-Rennbremsöl von Castrol. Dafür stellt VÄTH 390 Euro sowie 200 Euro Montage in Rechnung.
 
Einteilige VÄTH-18-Zöller in Schwarz mit adäquater Bereifung sind an der Vorderachse in 8,5 x 18 Zoll (420 Euro) und an der Hinterachse in 9,5 x 18 Zoll (444 Euro) in Verbindung mit einem unbedingt notwendigen Felgen-Anbausatz für 250 Euro verbaut.

The braking system has also been modified, namely by steel flex tubes including type approval and Castrol SRF racing braking fluid. Therefore, VAETH demands 390 Euro and 200 Euro for mounting.
